This assessment evaluates whether your daily job functions as a governed, optimized, and sane environment, or if you are simply surviving on caffeine and sheer willpower. By checking Documented (Is it in writing?), Implemented (Does it actually happen?), and Effective (Are you thriving?), this tool will uncover whether your organization suffers from 'Tribal Knowledge' or 'Paper Tiger' management styles.
